The Team

Mariah Hazen is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner trained to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan. Her integrative approach to treatment allows her to deliver care that is holistic and patient-centered.  She has over 16 years in the nursing field and has a special interest in treating bipolar disorders in addition to depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD symptoms. She believes that spirituality is an integral part of health that often gets overlooked. Her goal is to bridge the gap between spiritual faith and traditional medicine.
