We are here to support you in building a healthier you. After an initial evaluation, we will discuss treatment options that include a holistic approach to care.  This can include medication, psychotherapy, spiritual counseling, or lifestyle modifications that promote better health.  

Our costs are transparent with no hidden-fees. Pay upfront for services and get high quality care that is affordable and convenient. We currently take United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar, and Oxford Health, and are planning on adding more in the future. We also accept self-pay clients who do not have insurance or want to maintain privacy with their care.
